Three steps from video backlog to files you own.

  1. Step 01

    Send the video

    Export a CSV of Loom URLs, paste a list, drop Slack clips for atomic tasks, or upload MP4s. We need the source list and your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts) if you want white-label.

    • Loom URLs - bulk list or CSV
    • Slack clips - ≤5 minutes, atomic SOPs
    • MP4 uploads - longer walkthroughs

  2. Step 02

    We structure the SOPs

    Transcript plus screenshots become illustrated steps. Same content lands in DOCX, PDF, HTML, Markdown, and sop.json. Quizzes and narration audio are generated from that source.

    • Step-tied screenshots, not a frame dump
    • Template presets: SOP, how-to, troubleshooting, onboarding, customer-facing
    • Quiz HTML per SOP from the same content
    • Human narration MP3 per SOP
  3. Step 03

    You get one ZIP

    Open index.html for the static viewer. Drop the folder into Drive or Notion. On Agency packs you also get role folders, freshness files, the ops booklet PDF, and SKILL.md for agents.

    • Source manifest of every Loom / clip / MP4
    • Role folders + reviews-due.csv + .ics on Agency
    • SKILL.md + AGENTS.md - copy into Cursor or Claude

What we accept

If it is a walkthrough your team already recorded, we can usually convert it. Constraints are honest.

Loom

Primary input. Bulk URLs. Best for multi-step processes longer than five minutes.

Slack clip

Camera + screen, max 5 minutes on all plans. Perfect for atomic SOPs filmed where work happens.

MP4

Uploaded walkthroughs when the recording is not in Loom. Same pipeline.

What this is not

  • Not a Chrome click-recorder (Scribe / Tango). We convert video you already have.
  • Not a hosted knowledge base or portal (Docsie). You get files.
  • Not a $249/mo LMS (Trainual). Quizzes ship as HTML in the ZIP.
  • Not a multi-week desktop observation install. Packs turn around in days.

Founder note: we built this because agencies kept asking for batch Loom conversion at pack economics - not another metered credit tool.
